Underfloor heating supplied and installed beneath new tiled floors
Underfloor Heating

Cold tile floors are one of the easiest things to fix during a renovation, before the floor is closed up. Heating cable is laid out in an even grid to the manufacturer's spacing, tested, then locked in under a level screed bed ready for tiling.
Because the heating, screeding and tiling are handled by the same team, the cable layout, floor waste positions and finished tile level are coordinated from the start rather than worked around after the fact.

Frequently asked
- Yes — it is installed at the screeding stage, so it fits naturally into a full bathroom renovation once the floor is stripped back and waterproofed.
- It adds a small amount of build-up for the cable and screed bed, which is accounted for during set-out so door clearances and floor wastes still work correctly.
- Porcelain and natural stone both conduct heat well and are the usual choice over underfloor heating — the same tiles used across the floor tiling work generally.
